QQ 25+ Manuka Skincare combines the actions and benefits of both normal (physiological) saline and Manuka honey, making it a super liquid preparation for the skincare of our pets (dogs, cats, and other animals).

Normal (physiological) saline is traditionally widely used for cleaning, washing, and irrigation of skin surfaces, body cavities, and wounds with good effects. It helps exfoliate and cleanse the skin of dirt, microorganisms, and infection. Being isotonic with body fluid and having water-holding properties, it is highly compatible with living tissue and maintains skin moisture.

Honey has been used since ancient times to treat multiple conditions. Manuka honey is extensively used for treating wounds, burns, and inflammatory skin conditions in humans with remarkable effects. Veterinary surgeons use it for various problems in animals. Honey is a complex natural product containing many useful substances that work together to provide synergistic antioxidative and anti-inflammatory effects, as well as stimulate immune responses essential for healing and regeneration. Hydrogen peroxide in honey gives it antimicrobial action. In addition, Manuka honey uniquely contains methylglyoxal (MGO), which has strong, broad-spectrum antimicrobial action.

QQ 25+ Manuka Skincare may be helpful for problems of the ear, toe webs, and other parts of the skin, particularly the intertriginous areas, such as deep facial and body skin folds.

Ear canker (otitis externa), toe web and skinfold inflammation and infection are very common problems in dogs. They are often recalcitrant and resistant to treatment, and can cause severe irritation, itchiness, discomfort, and pain.
If your pet has any of these problems, always consult and seek treatment from a veterinary surgeon first.

Ingredients:  An aqueous solution, by weight, of 50% Manuka Honey UMF 25+ and 50% normal (physiological) saline (0.9% sodium chloride in water).

Packaging:  0.25 ml loaded in a sterile, needleless syringe as a single dose for single use.

Instructions for use:
For ears:
1. Clean the external ear canal first: wet it with ear cleansing liquid (recommended: QQ Water) and remove all dirty discharge and debris from the ear canal (using cotton stick, dry facial tissue and wet small towel).
2. Remove the cap from the tip of the syringe first (an extremely important step). 
3. Place the tip of the syringe into the deep part of the external ear canal (as deep as possible without causing injury). Eject the entire content of the syringe. This is one single dose. Use twice a day. 
4. If the ear is very dirty and inflamed, use more doses and more frequently. 
5. After delivering the dose of QQ 25+ Manuka Skincare, let it remain inside the ear canal until the next application, at which time you will repeat the ear cleaning process. 
Even if the opposite ear is normal, apply QQ 25+ Manuka Skincare to it as well to prevent it from developing the same ear problem.

For toe webs and skinfolds: Place the tip of the syringe into the depth of the toe webs and skinfolds before ejecting the content of the syringe. Use 2 to 3 times daily.

For smooth skin surface:  Apply on the lesion and gently spread it to cover the whole lesion. Use 2 to 3 times daily.

Warnings:  If your pet has an ear, toe web, or skin problem, always consult a veterinary surgeon first before use. Do not use this product if your pet is allergic to honey or related substances. If an allergic or adverse reaction develops after use, stop using it and seek medical attention immediately. Remove the cap from the tip of the syring first before use.

Storage:  Keep this product in a cool, dry, and dark place. Always use the full dose. Discard any unused portion.

PON QQ Water is a versatile skincare lotion made from natural herbal ingredients fortified with Vitamin C and Manuka honey. It does not contain preservatives or additives. It is very good for skincare and helpful for various skin problems. The skin will stay healthy and the coat becomes shiny.

Usage
For general skincare or mild skin problem: apply once or twice daily. For active skin problem, apply three or more times daily. Spray enough amount to cover the whole area, and massage it in, particularly the toe webs.
After a bath: Towel-dry the skin. Apply QQ Water liberally over the skin and massage it all over the body for 1 to 2 minutes, including the head, ear, face, mouth, neck, trunk, legs and toe webs. Let it dry naturally and no need to rinse afterwards.
For the ears: Spray enough amount of QQ Water into the external ear canal to wet it completely. Use cotton buds to remove gently the dirty ear wax from between the ear ridges and the ear canal. Then put on a head hood afterwards to prevent your pet from scratching the ears and licking the paws.

Dosage
As QQ Water is not a drug, there is no dosage limit and you can use it liberally.
It takes time for the QQ Water to work in chronic and difficult situations so you have to be patient.

Caution
Consult your veterinary surgeon first for any skin problem. QQ Water should only be used externally. If your pet shows any signs and symptoms of allergy or adverse reaction, discontinue use and seek medical treatment from your veterinary surgeon immediately. 

Method of Storage
Keep QQ Water in a cool, dry place below 30 degree Celsius. As it contains no preservatives, discard it immediately when it smells bad, turns dark or becomes mouldy.

Complete Ear Cleansing Procedure
If your pet has ear problems, please consult a veterinary surgeon and seek treatment first.
1. Items to Prepare:
1. Ear cleaning liquid: QQ Water
2. Cotton swab sticks, dry face towel, damp small towel
3. Syringe containing QQ25+ Manuka Skincare solution

2. Standard Cleaning Steps (Single Ear Procedure):
Step 1: Basic Cleaning of the External Ear Canal
1. Moisten the entire external ear canal with QQ Water;
2. Using cotton swab sticks, a dry face towel, and a damp towel, thoroughly remove dirt and secretions from the ear canal.
Step 2: Syringe Preparation (Crucial!)
1. Completely remove the protective cap from the syringe nozzle. Do not proceed with the procedure if the cap is not removed.
Step 3: Instillation of the solution
1. Gently insert the syringe tip deep into the external auditory canal, ensuring it does not cause pain or damage.
2. Push out the entire contents of the syringe (QQ25 + Manuka Skincare solution) into the ear canal. The entire syringe contains the standard dose for a single treatment.
3. Stabilise the head with hands and massage the back of the ear for a while to prevent immediate strong head shaking.
4. Leave the solution in the ear canal until the next treatment; no removal is required.

3. Usage Frequency Guidelines:
1. General dirtiness: Twice daily per ear;
2. Severe dirtiness or ear canal inflammation: Increase dosage and frequency of use.

4. Bilateral Ear Care Preventative Measures:
Even if only one ear has inflammation or dirt, the other healthy ear must also undergo the complete cleaning and instillation process simultaneously to prevent cross-infection.

5. Next Treatment Cycle:
At the next treatment time, repeat the entire process of "cleaning the external auditory canal → removing the syringe cap → instilling the solution."
