Olive oil is not exclusive to Western food, it goes very well with Chinese food. Add SERAFINO South Australian pure olive oil to any Chinese dish for unexpected surprises!
South Australian SERAFINO cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil dipped in garlic-flavored lobster, giving you an unexpected surprise!
Food material:
Small swimming colourful green lobster from the Philippines or South China Sea (about 10 - 11 taels or 400g)
(I find this the best species of lobster, much more delicious than the others. The taste is refined and refreshing. The texture is very bouncy. The meat fills up every corner of the shell with almost no wastage.)
Cooking tips:
1. Cut it into two halves longitudinally.
2. Cover the cut surfaces with a small amount of cold pressed extra virgin olive oil, then with a thick layer of chopped-up fresh garlic.
3. Steam for 20 mins.
4. Serve on a plate.
5. Pour cold pressed extra virgin olive oil on the portion you eat. The taste will be extraordinary delicious which is hard to describe.
6. Eat together with stir-fried Pea Sprout vegetable.
Take out a small portion of the stirred-fried veggie and put small pieces of lobster on it. Pour olive oil on it. Eat them together in the same bite.
