Serafino takes care to select the very best olives and blends the oils from selected varieties in a way that makes his oil worthy of tasting. It is carefully blended from Frantroio and Leccino olives in South Australia's pristine Fleurieu Peninsula. The result is a well balanced, versatile olive oil with a herbaceous character and delicated bouquet.
